The fine plates were lithographed by Adolphe Lefèvre, Felix Grabowski a.o. Some plates have the imprint: 'Colorié par Mme Lefranc. Each figure is accompanied by a leaf with descriptive text and reference to the latest literature. A good copy with the bookplate of Sir Thomas Neame.
